What is personal data?
Personal data is personal information that can be linked to you as a person, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and birth number.
What information do we store?
If you submit a contact form via our website, we will store the name, e-mail address and IP address you use. In addition, we use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to retrieve information about how visitors use and move around the website and to be able to target marketing.
Only those with administrator access on our website have access to the information mentioned above.
If you order food through the online orders Ordr App or Wolt, Ordr App and Wolt, respectively, are responsible for the processing of the information collected via their pages.
What allows us to process the information?
It is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) art. 6 No. 1 which gives us the right to process this information.
What information do we share with others?
We do not share your personal information with others, unless we are required to do so by law or verdict.
What rights do you have?
You can demand that we correct, delete or give you access to your personal information at any time. You can also demand that we restrict their processing or refuse to give consent at all. You may also require data portability. That is, to have the information moved, copied or transferred to someone else.
Who can you contact?
You can contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we are processing your personal information incorrectly. But feel free to contact us first, so we can rectify the matter.
